LOSTEFLOR‘s Quality and Environmental Policy , definedand authorized by the Management and in coherence with the general policy of the company, is the frame of reference within the following scope of activities of our integrated management system:

“PROVISION OF GREEN AREA MAINTENANCE SERVICES, PLANNING, DESIGN AND EXECUTION OF WORKS IN GARDENS.”

Within the defined scope of its Integrated Management System, LOSTEFLOR’s Management ensures the following general commitments of its Integrated Management Policy:  

  1. It is adequate to the company’s purposes, achieving continuous improvement of its work processes and customer satisfaction, building customer loyalty, and acting on the principle of sustainability through the implementation of a Quality and Environmental Management System in the company’s activity.

 

  1. The commitment to comply with the requirements required by the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards is defined through the application of the Quality and Environmental Policy contained in its Manual and in the Procedures developed, as well as the identification of its processes for carrying out work and services, and the identification and characterization of the significant environmental aspects arising from them.

 

  1. In accordance with the purposes defined, it contemplates the establishment of a reference framework to establish the Quality and Environmental Objectives and through the Management Review System, it reviews said Objectives, monitoring them from the Quality and Environment Department, with quarterly measurement of the same through the indicators of their results programmed for the current fiscal year.

 

  1. By means of the control and monitoring instruments defined in the Quality and Environmental Manual and the Procedures, continuous compliance with the Quality and Environmental Objectives, continuous improvement, compliance with legal and other requirements, environmental protection, pollution prevention, the effectiveness of the Management System and customer satisfaction are maintained in all building and construction work performed.

 

  1. To achieve an adequate communication with its clients, to obtain a maximum acceptance of their budgets, analyzing the non-acceptance of the same and its causes, as well as to attend to their suggestions and claims or complaints.
    Likewise, to promote internal and external communication related to the environment, collaborating from the human team that makes up the company in the search for solutions to possible environmental problems arising from the exercise of its activities.

 

  1. With better control of operations, avoid possible claims and environmental consequences of the work performed, thus obtaining greater sustainability and customer satisfaction.

 

  1. Promote continuous training of all personnel to ensure adequate preparation in the performance of work, and instill a greater degree of environmental awareness and sensitization.
